Holiday Inn hotel was built on the territory of the historical monument-building located at Amiryan Street 2. Holiday Inn is a British hotel chain and is a subsidiary of the company ''InterContinental Hotels Group''. It has grown to be one of the world's largest hotel chains with 1173 active hotels in more than 90 countries around the world. The hotel chain's headquarters are in Denham, Buckinghamshire.

As a result of cooperation with construction companies ''Mav Shin'' and ''White House'', the interior design of all rooms, as well as the interior of the restaurant, bar and all the other areas of the hotel complex was carried out using the ecologically clean, unique and original assortment of Kerama Marazzi.
